Simply fill out the information request form to become a wholesale Buyer. It takes us 1-2 business days to verify your information. If approved, you will receive an email from us with your login information. We may have additional questions or need to speak with you before completing this process.
We accept all major credit cards.
Your Buyer profile has the option to add multiple shipping addresses, separate from your billing address. Simply select the recipient’s address when placing the order to send the product(s) as a gift.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed, complete with the contact information of the Vendor.

The contact information for the Vendor can be located on the order confirmation email you received after your purchase. If the Vendor has not resolved the issue to your liking, please send an email to Support@TheMarketGarden.com and we will attempt to act as an intermediary to resolve the issue.

We take this issue very seriously, as we encourage the highest quality standards among our Vendors. If you received bad, rotten or otherwise damaged goods, please contact the Vendor immediately by sending a detailed description of your issue with photos of your purchase to the email address of the Vendor. The contact information for the Vendor can be located on the order confirmation email you received after your purchase. Please also send this information directly to Support@TheMarketGarden.com. The Market Garden staff will determine whether the Vendor is in violation of the quality guarantee commitment, and subject to removal from the site.
We have four benchmarks to help track an order.
Please contact the Vendor directly to cancel or modify an order. The contact information for the Vendor can be located on the order confirmation email you received after your purchase. Most Vendors can cancel or modify an order before they begin processing, and before the status changes to “pending”. Each Vendor has a different timeline for processing orders, and a varying ability to cancel orders once submitted. There are no cancellations after the Vendor begins processing the order, whereby the order is in “pending”, “delivery” or “complete” status.
We welcome CSA partnerships! There are two ways you can order from your local CSA using The Market Garden online marketplace.
First, if the CSA has a Vendor page on our site, you can order your box from them directly, selecting from the delivery options the CSA established on our site. If your CSA is not yet signed up on The Market Garden, please encourage them to sign up as a Vendor by contacting us at Support@TheMarketGarden.com.
Second, if your CSA is not yet signed up, but one of the local farms in your CSA is selling on The Market Garden, the farm may have the CSA box listed as an option to purchase. Simply select the CSA box option and set up a delivery schedule convenient for both you and the Vendor.
If your CSA is a Vendor on The Market Garden, you may visit their Vendor profile page to determine how to cancel a subscription or a scheduled delivery. Some CSAs charge a cancellation fee, with many charging a $25 cancellation fee, and some do not. Please contact the CSA or Vendor directly to cancel or modify any orders, as this is the fastest way to resolve the issue.
The Market Garden makes is much easier for our farmers and food artisans to reach you. We offer our Vendors several different delivery options. Depending on the size, scale and resources of each local farm or food artisan, they may or may not always be able to make in-person deliveries. Each Vendor has the option to ship your order by mail, deliver in-person to your residence or business, or deliver the order to a Pick-Up Partner Location in your area. Each Vendor’s profile page will have a list of delivery options. These options will be available at check out and highlighted on each Vendor’s page.
The Market Garden supports community involvement and a healthy living lifestyle through our burgeoning network of Pick-Up Partner Locations. We seek partnerships with locally owned and/or operated businesses, nonprofits and schools to act as Pick-up Partner Locations for orders placed on The Market Garden online marketplace. Our non-profit Pick-Up Partner Locations receive a small fee for each order to help promote their community work. Our commercial business Pick-Up Partners also receive a small fee for each order to cover their costs associated with being a Pick-Up Location.
A Vendor may display all of their current and available items for purchase.
When a Buyer confirms a purchase, the amount will be applied to the Vendor’s Market Garden account for withdrawal.
